Oscar E. Chilton, 73, for many years teacher of several musical instruments, died at the Casey Hospital Tuesday afternoon. He was brought to the hospital on Tuesday morning suffering from a severe attack of asthma and pneumonia.He was born in the county on May 10, 1878, the son of Millard and Mattie Patterson Chilton. For several years he had been living in Florida. He has been living at the home of his step-daughter, Mrs. Ralph Mills in Liberty.
